Job Role - Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our dynamic Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends and digital marketing

strategies, with a keen interest in developing and implementing engaging social media campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, where you will assist in

managing our social media presence and contributing to our overall marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

● Social Media Management: Support the scheduling and posting of content across social media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives.

● Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.

● Analytics: Track and analyze social media metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement based on data trends and reports.

● Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions, including writing copy, designing visuals, and tracking results.

● Research: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for incorporating new strategies into our social media efforts.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals and initiatives.

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

• Responsible for student admission and achieve their targets

• Understand customer needs / requirements and pitch a suitable program

• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

• Counselling, Interacting with students and Parents.

• Support students one on one in their selection of course, application process and meeting application deadlines.

• Should be able to assist students in obtaining the necessary documentation needed for the application process.

• Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process

or other procedures.

• Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants.

Requirement:

• Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations

•Strong inclination to work in a target driven sales environment.

• Proven expertise in converting leads into a sale

• Experience working with CRM

• Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have.

• Strong listening and presentation skills.

Requirements:

● B.Tech/B.E degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

● Proven software development experience and Android skills development

● Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least

one original Android app

● Experience with Android SDK

● Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

● Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and

● Experienced in handling both legacy code and greenfield development and can make
