Position: AR/VR Lead with Project Management Skills

Role Overview:
EaseMyTrip is seeking an experienced AR/VR Lead to spearhead its immersive technology initiatives for products like EasyVijay and EasyDarshan. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in AR/VR development with strong project management skills to lead a multidisciplinary team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating innovative experiences that blend technology with storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end development of AR/VR applications using Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and align them with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of ARKit, ARCore, Oculus SDKs, or similar frameworks into immersive experiences.
- Guide 3D artists and developers in asset creation and application optimization.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AR/VR technology to ensure innovation in projects like battlefield recreations and spiritual tourism simulations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AR/VR development with Unity or Unreal Engine.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages.
- Proven experience managing teams or projects in the AR/VR domain.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management.
- Experience integrating AI or machine learning into immersive applications.
