Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, JSP, and modern frontend frameworks, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Implement best practices and design patterns for clean, maintainable code.
• Work with Spring Boot, JSP, and MySQL to build robust backend services.
• Develop responsive UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
• Work in a U.K shift to support international clients and project requirements.

1. Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns:

Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, and banners across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop eye-catching visuals for email campaigns, newsletters, and digital assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs effectively communicate key messages and drive audience engagement. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual content:

Work closely with marketing managers to integrate graphics seamlessly into multimedia campaigns. Provide creative input and direction to ensure consistency and coherence in visual storytelling across different digital channels. 3. Maintain brand consistency and quality across all design projects:

Uphold brand identity guidelines and standards in all design outputs, ensuring cohesive and professional representation of client brands. Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to achieve desired visual impact and effectiveness. 4. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design:

Research and adopt new design tools, techniques, and trends relevant to digital marketing and visual communication. Proactively share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative design solutions. 5. Create the Brand Book from scratch: 

Lead the creation of the company's Brand Book, developing comprehensive brand guidelines, visual identity elements, and brand assets. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the Brand Book reflects and reinforces the brand’s values and goals. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or related industry. The designers should be familiar with the basics of video editing and can create basic reels, GIFs, and motion stories Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, with excellent communication and time-management skills. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
