Role Overview:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining the core backend systems that drive our client platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure system reliability for our enterprise clients.

- Design and implement scalable microservices architectures that allow for modular growth and easier maintenance of complex application features.

- Optimize database interactions and data persistence layers using Hibernate to improve application speed and resource efficiency.

- Build and expose secure RESTful web services to facilitate seamless communication between internal systems and third-party integrations.

- Deploy and manage application infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability and fault tolerance for mission-critical business processes.

- Collaborate with engineering leads and stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance enhancements that improve the overall user experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade applications.

- Proficiency in Spring Boot and Hibernate for developing robust backend frameworks and managing complex data models.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and the ability to design decoupled, scalable service components.

- Practical experience in developing and consuming RESTful web services within a distributed environment.
