Job Title: Business Development Executive:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at at Human Heroes Management Services Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.

Build relationships with clients, understand their HR needs, and provide solutions.

Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

This requirement is for Data Engineer in Gurugram for Data Analytics Project. 

 Building ETL/ELT pipelines of data from various sources using SQL/Python/Spark 

 Ensuring that data are modelled and processed according to architecture and requirements both 

functional and non-functional 

 Understanding and implementing required development guidelines, design standards and best 

practices Delivering right solution architecture, automation and technology choices 

 Working cross-functionally with enterprise architects, information security teams, and platform 

teams Suggesting and implementing architecture improvements 

 Experience with programming languages such as Python or Scala 

 Knowledge of Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and ETL/ELT data processing issues 

 Ability to create and orchestrate ETL/ELT processes in different tools (ADF, Databricks 

Workflows) Experience working with Databricks platform: workspace, delta lake, workflows, jobs, 

Unity Catalog Understanding of SQL and relational databases

Technical Skills:

.NET C# developer provides custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, http://VB.NET">VB.NET, http://ASP.NET">ASP.NET, SQL Server and other advanced components of Microsoft technology and provide training to programmer analysts who support the web services manager' responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

 The tool development also involves working with SQL queries and web front end

Designing, developing, and testing web applications with .Net HTML, CSS and other technologies

Design and development of software applications (primarily web based) used in various areas of the bank (such as Loans processing, Treasury, Middle Office )

Manages the architecture, design, and coding of software for TFI from concept to finished product, in order to answer the needs of the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments

Consults with end users within the Strategies, Sales, and Trading departments to identify where technology can automate current processes to enhance revenues and cut cost

Maintains currency in technical skills and all relevant fixed income industry sector factors

May lead the work of others and provide ideas which help to enhance TFI software applications

Software design & development principles such as SOLID, Domain-Driven-Design and Object-Oriented Development

What you’ll do at Ather:

A successful candidate is expected to lead the Firmware development and integration effort for various Ather products and be responsible for qualifying and integrating FW at various stages with HW. Responsibilities include:

• Understanding requirements from different stakeholders and translating these to application features

• Writing high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines

• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Performing functional and non-functional testing

• Troubleshooting and debugging applications

• Designing creative prototypes according to specifications

• Evaluating existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features

• Developing technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code

• Identifying and communicating possible risks along with preventive and corrective measures

• Designing HW/SW integration while working with HW/Algorithms/Cloud teams to deliver an integrated solution. 

Here’s what we are looking for: 

Must have: 

• ECU Software development experience (any of the ARM based Auto ECUs Body Electronics/Infotainment/ Powertrain/Cluster) 

• Previous experience with Low level firmware, Boot loaders, Device Drivers development 

• Hands on Experience Communication Protocols CAN, I2C, SPI, RS232

• Experience with static analyser, JTAG tools etc…

• Knowledge in Assembly and compilers

• Strong testing & debugging skills, experience with logic analysers

• Language: C, C++

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HW design for ECUs

• Experience with UDS, AutoSAR, ISO26262, MISRA Guidelines 

• Previous experience with SIL and HIL Testing as well as Test case generation for the same.

• Hand on experience in using CAN tools & CAPL Scripts, Bus Master

• Real Time operating Systems, Python, Matlab/Simulink

You bring to Ather:

• BE/B.tech/B.Sc is minimum req with minimum 2-6 years of prior industry experience.

• Knowledge of back-end languages and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React and Node.js)
