About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and innovative AI Analyst to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in analyzing business processes (IT or Non-IT) and identifying opportunities to automate and optimize them using AI tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes across different domains (IT, Accounts, eCommerce, HR, etc.) to identify automation opportunities.

- Build and maintain AI-driven dashboards and reports to track performance improvements post-automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into AI/automation solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks to propose innovative solutions for process enhancement.
- Document automation workflows, process improvements, and ROI achieved through AI implementations.
- Support teams in adopting AI-based tools and ensure successful change management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in process analysis and automation (IT or Non-IT domains).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, or similar).
