• Good experience of 1-2 years in sourcing from different channels
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and LinkedIn) 
• Should have basic technical knowledge of technologies used in IT & eCommerce (Java, SAP, Springboot, Scrum, product management, Digital marketing etc) 
• Strong communication and influencing skills  
• Source, screen, and conduct initial technical interviews with qualified candidates for all the positions along with the business leaders, and schedule follow-up interviews.
• Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement
• Evaluate the technical skills of candidates and organize next interview rounds with leaders. 
• Initiate search for lateral recruitment by executing a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates
• Build talent pipeline for today and tomorrow with passive sourcing ability

To support our engineers who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Digital Marketing Associate to our existing team. 

We are looking for a candidate who has a background in executing digital marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and branding goals. Please apply if you fit the experiences and skill criteria listed below. 

Primary Responsibilities 

• Plan and execute digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. Adopt SEO best practices across all content generated. 
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to create guest posts, emails, and webinars to drive engagement. 
• Utilize Google Analytics to periodically measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. 
• Maintain and update the marketing database to execute email marketing campaigns. 
• Support presales and marketing departments on their business-as-usual activities. 

  Experience and Skills

• Proficiency in MS office 
• Ability to work under short deadlines. 
• Strong time management skills to effectively juggle several projects at once

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

 As a  Business   Development  Manager   working under   FMCG   segments, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:

·      Approaching  potential  leads  a  close  them  within  a  stipulated  time  frame.

·      Create  exclusive  distributors,   exclusive super stockist and business associated for the company towards business growth.

·      Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

·       Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

Requirements:

• 3 -7 years of software development experience.
• Good grasp on programming fundamentals including OOP, Design Patterns and Data Structures.

• Software Development Engineer.
• Good understanding of complexities involved in designing/developing large scale systems.
• Strong system design skills.
• Experience in technologies like Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka etc.
• Good knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.

• You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• You have at least 1-3 year experience, ideally within a Software Engineer role with some inhand experience with Flutter or dart.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

• 2-4  years of experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in testing Web Applications/Services, UI testing.
• Good exposure to Non-functional tests strategies like Load, Perf and Chaos.
• Good understanding of testing principles: UI and Usability testing, Stress testing, Functional/Regression testing, Code coverage, TDD/BDD, UAT.
• Experience in deploying solutions into AWS is a major plus.
• Good team player, having effective and professional oral and written communication skills.
