QA Test Lead

Strong BDR/Inside sales profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation with at least 6 months+ in B2B SaaS

Mandatory (Market Exposure): Must have direct experience selling into or prospecting the US or North America market, candidates with APAC-only or Middle East-only market exposure will not be considered.

Mandatory (Outbound Sales Execution): Must have hands-on experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, lead qualification, and demo or meeting scheduling with Account Executives, inbound only experience wouldn't be considered

Mandatory (Prospecting Tools): Must have working experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms in addition to CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.

Mandatory (Communication): Must have strong verbal and written communication skills

Mandatory (Company Background): B2B SaaS companies. Candidates from B2B Services backgrounds will be considered only if they have recent and substantial B2B SaaS exposure

Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of specific technical domains relevant to the industry, such as programming languages, software applications, or machinery.

Instructional Design Expertise: Ability to develop structured training programs that cater to various learning styles and effectively convey complex information.

Communication Skills::Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Analytical Abilities: Skill in evaluating training outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.

Candidate need to do outcall and explain about banking products like (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance plans, FD's, Investment Plans etc.,)

Need to reach the monthly targets

Need to resolve customer Queries

Maintain good communication skills in Humble Manner

Good Convincing skills

Working Hours 9 Hrs (1 hour Break)

6 days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Salary Details (16000/- CTC to 20500/- CTC) Depends on candidate experience salary will can be negotiable.

Sunday Week Off

2 nd Saturday and 4th Saturday will be Week off

Complete Dayshifts Timings 9:00 AM TO 6:30 PM

2-Way transportation will be provided

Point to point Pick and Drop will available

Work from Office 

Follow up with the customers for Payments, Registrations

Coordination with Banker for Loan Process

Update Customer Database

Should resolve Customer queries by coordinating with the Civil Team

Should take updates from the Projects Team regarding their flats and update customers

Should prepare MIS Reports

End to End Process from the purchase of the flat till handover process

• 3+ years of experience in the Development in JAVA technology.
• AWS or cloud Experience
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relationl Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Messaging Queue (RabitMQ or Kafka)
• Microservices
• Any Caching Mechanism
• Good at problem-solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in using Java/J2EE tech stacks
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentorship/coaching is highly desirable.
• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms is a plus.

Evenings are meeting-heavy to work with US team.

This is lead position and requires you to works across Engineering, Product and Leadership teams. As a Product/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for defining, designing, researching, prototyping, and implementing new features as well as future iterations. We're looking for a designer who isn't afraid to jump in and explore new challenges. You have a balance of interaction design, visual design, and product thinking skills. You are customer obsessed and research driven. You’re a natural collaborator and can work independently and in a team environment.

·       The UX Product Designer, delivers a design that works, based on user evidence.

·       They research, architect, prototype, specify and make the case for user centered experience on the product they are assigned.

·       They do it by testing and iterating on proposed approaches to complete specific tasks until an approach is proven to deliver the intended user and business outcomes including Objective Key Results (OKRs).

·       If no OKRs are provided, the Product Designer establishes them and measures design approach effectiveness against them.

·       The UX Product Designer will lead the UX team, nurture and grow talent.

·       This includes receiving and giving support to other designers, contributing to and establishing standard ways of working, establishing and enforcing design system standards and components, consistency between their product and others and owning authority and responsibility over the UX competency on your product team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Creating and Consuming design system components in Figma

·       Final Visual Design/Specification

·       Critical Thinking and interpretive skills are required to approach and make recommendations for problems that don't have established UX approaches.

·       Critical Thinking and interpretive skills to follow conventional approaches for problems that do have well established UX best practices, AKA 'Conventions.'

·       Collaborative skills to support the design and product teams, advocate for users with product teams and pivot and adjust to account for business viability and development feasibility.

·       Confidence to recommend not releasing design that is not ready for users.
