About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in project management & content development to join our team and serve as the operational backbone of our organization, driving excellence across customer implementations.

This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Reporting to the Founder, this role is key to ensuring consistent, efficient, and timely execution of client projects & content through strong team leadership, operational oversight, and delivery process management. The role includes direct client-facing responsibilities and plays a critical internal role in optimizing team performance and engagement outcomes. You will lead & oversee the delivery of high-quality client engagements by our India-based team.

Key Result Areas:

• 8+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: program operations,—ideally in a B2B & edtech context.
• Operational strength in systems setup, logistics, and troubleshooting, with experience managing large datasets or platforms.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally with customer success, content, engineers, product and teams
• Strong team management, project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences including creative copywriting.

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and strong expertise in Vue.js and EJB/Spring Boot to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications and APIs, with a keen eye for performance, security, and maintainability. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions for modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain frontend applications using Vue.js .

- Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs using Jersey Client EJB or Spring Boot.

- Integrate frontend and backend services ensuring seamless data flow and optimized performance.

- Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient query design and schema modeling.

- Implement secure authentication/authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2, etc.).

- Optimize application performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with proper unit/integration tests.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering, technical design, and solution delivery.

- Stay up to date with latest technologies in Vue ecosystem, Java EJB, Jersey Client / Spring Boot, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices.

- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Vue.js (Composition API, Vuex/Pinia, Vue Router).

- Hands-on experience with EJB and Jersey Client / Spring Boot for building scalable and secure backend APIs.

- Strong understanding of REST API design, microservices architecture, and best practices.

- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap.

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (JPA/Hibernate).

- Caching : Redis

• Experience with Qlik Replicate and Compose tools(Change Data Capture) tools is considered a plus 
• Strong Data warehousing Concepts, ETL tools such as Talend Cloud Data Integration tool is must 
• Exposure to the financial domain knowledge is considered a plus. 
• Cloud Managed Services such as source control code Github, MS Azure/Devops is considered a plus. 
• Prior experience with State Street and Charles River Development ( CRD) considered a plus.

Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

·         Develop our new products

·         Define and design common reusable components

Qualifications:

·         Experience as a front-end or full-stack software engineer in AWS environment

·         Knowledge of modern JavaScript and its fundamentals, as well as JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJs, Redux, Bootstrap, Jest, Material-UI

·         Strong understanding of web technologies like HTML5 and CSS3

·         Experience with a server-side language would be an advantage. We use mostly Python/Java, but any server-side language would be an advantage.

You will be part of our DevOps Team working closely with our DBA team in automating, monitoring, and scaling our massive MySQL cluster. Previous MySQL experience is a plus. 

Your day-to-day at Egnyte

• Designing, building, and maintaining cloud environments (using Terraform, Puppet or Kubernetes)
• Migrating services to cloud-based environments

Role & Responsibilities

• Application Architecture: Design and implement application environment
• Manage the configuration and operation of client-based (on-premise) computer operating systems
• Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
• Create and monitor the disaster recovery (DR) of all servers.
• Respond and assign a team to resolve help desk requests
