About the Role

We are seeking an innovative Data Scientist specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our technology team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will harness the power of language models and document extraction techniques to transform legal information into accessible, actionable insights for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NLP solutions to automate legal document analysis and extraction
• Create and optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language models
• Design search functionality leveraging semantic understanding of legal documents
• Build document extraction pipelines to process unstructured legal text data
• Develop data visualizations using PowerBI and Tableau to communicate insights
• Collaborate with product and legal teams to enhance our tech-enabled services
• Continuously improve model performance and user experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 1-5 years of professional experience in data science, with focus on NLP applications
• Demonstrated experience working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, )
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and optimization techniques
• Experience with document extraction and information retrieval systems
• Strong skills in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI and Tableau
• Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with NLP libraries
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and document structures (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English

• To issue, facilitate, represent, liaise, and market the courses of international education boards of various countries in India and manage the issuance of official certificates on their behalf.
• To act as an authorized representative and implementation partner for international education boards, ensuring global best practices are adapted to the Indian context.
• To provide end-to-end support for schools seeking international accreditation, including curriculum alignment, training, and regulatory compliance.
• To maintain accurate records and provide seamless digital solutions for certificate management and recognition by Indian universities and regulatory bodies.

2. Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• To ensure all services meet industry best practices and legal requirements, conducting regular audits and assessments to maintain service excellence.
• To collaborate with regulatory bodies in India and state education boards to ensure smooth recognition of international certifications in India.
• To partner with global accreditation bodies to align educational standards with international best practices.
• To facilitate cross-border collaboration with international universities, educational research institutions, and professional development organizations to enhance quality assurance in education.

3. Marketing, Promotion & Stakeholder Engagement:

• To develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and promote the initiatives of international education boards.
• To establish dedicated outreach programs for schools, educators, and parents to raise awareness about international curricula and certifications.
• To create a professional development network for teachers to enhance their expertise in delivering international programs.

• To support schools with the development of student well-being programs, leadership training, and international teaching standards.

As part of our role at a leading global insurance company, we are responsible for developing and managing an application to onboard and oversee the company's sales partners, including agents and brokers. This application provides users with a tailored, independent solution, including a required multi-dimensional validity date concept for administering all organizational and contractual sales force data to deliver structured information to many data consumers.

To reinforce our dynamic development team, we are seeking a skilled Full-stack Developer. In this role, you will collaborate with international cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the application, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements.

Participate in system and application architecture discussions.

Create technical designs and specifications for new features or enhancements.

Write and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.

Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a skilled Full-stack Developer. Experience in the insurance domain is appreciated.

Strong experience with Spring Boot 3, Java 17 or newer, and Maven.

Experience with PostgreSQL, Jenkins, Sonar, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Mockito, IntelliJ IDEA, and GitHub repository.

Hands-on experience with Camunda BPM (v7 or v8), including BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and REST API integration.

Experience with Angular TS and/or AWS, Kafka is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.

1.                 Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role with 5+ Years of experience, with a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and techniques.

2.                 Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

4.                 Familiarity with manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium, Appium, Lambda Test.
