• Must be from South India namely Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi
• Proficiency in economics, accounting, financial statements and/or statistics
• Understanding of financial risk management strategies
• Knowledge of Capital Markets + Third-party investment products like Mutual Funds, PE, Bonds, PMS, AIF and Structured products Very strong communication & presentation skills.
• Must have good existing HNI / Ultra HNI client relationships in the market. - Must be a self-starter, proactive passionate & target oriented.
• Must possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
• Must be able to transfer his existing clients to Incred from his old company
• Must have handled an average client net worth of 4Cr to 5 Cr
• Should come with a team of 5, AUM of 100Cr & above

Key Responsibilities:

·      Contribute to all stages of software development lifecycle

·      Analyse user requirements to define business objectives

·      Envisioning system features and functionality

·      Define application objectives and functionality

·      Ensure application designs conform with business goals

·      Identify and resolve any technical issues arising

·      Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging

·      Manage Java and Java EE application development

·      Develop documentation to help users

·      Transforming requirements into stipulations

·      Prepare and produce releases of software components

·      Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review

·      Create & maintain monthly/weekly reports to track progress and performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

·      Proficiency in Java

·      Core Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring REST APIs, Spring Security, JSP, Web application, Redis, Oauth2, Angular, JQuery, Html, JavaScript

·      Knowledge on MySQL

·      Good experience in SQL server enabled understanding and write complex stored procedures

·      Web frameworks like Spring Boot

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all inventory data is up-to-date and reflects real-time availability.
• Document transaction fees and confirm them with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity in all dealings.
• Collaborate closely with the tech team to implement new features and functionalities that optimize inventory visibility and accessibility.
• Act as a liaison between developers and potential tenants, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and improve our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms for data management and analysis.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
