Job Title : Senior Software Engineer

Location : Gurugram (Full-time)

Job Description :

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Engineer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 Years of hands-on experience in software development, with a proven experience as Java Developer with a strong focus on Spring and Spring Boot, Relational Databases and AWS technologies.
• Strong understanding of monolithic & microservices architecture. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our applications.
• Ensuring their performance, quality and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring and Spring Boot.

● Develop and manage relational databases. Should be able to write complex SQL queries.

● Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

● Have strong debugging skills to identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

● Deploy, manage, and scale applications on AWS.

● Conduct code reviews and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.

● Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

● Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

● 4 to 10 Years of experience in software development.

● Proficient in Java 8+, Spring and Spring Boot.

● Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL or other relational databases.

● Experience with microservices architecture.

● Understanding of Rest API design and development.

● Hands on experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito.

● Experience with version control systems such as Git.

● Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

● Strong knowledge of AWS services and best practices.

● Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Overseeing all technology operations including Software, Networking,

Hardware and Security along with evaluating them according to

established goals.

• Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the

implementation of strategies set by upper management with plans for

redundancy, zero to no downtime and constantly improving business operations

and processes

• Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their

technology needs.

• IT Head manage and supervise an organization's technical operations which

includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology.

• IT Head should have in-depth knowledge of new software development, able

to prepare Wire frame design & Architecture, able to design and describe

SOW for all new IT software development.

• Overseeing all IT operations infrastructure.

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating IT projects in line with

organizational objectives.

• Liaising with other departments to determine and address their IT needs and

requirements.

• Managing and supervising employees in the IT department.

• Ensuring the maintenance of current projects and technology systems.

• Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for

improvement.

• Proposing strategic solutions and recommending new systems and software.

• Preparing financial budgets and performance reports.

• Building and maintaining relationships with external advisors and vendors.

IT AVP Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• A master's degree in computer science is preferred.

• Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable.

• Experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, Warehouse Management

(WMS)/Supply Chain Management (SCM), Cloud Storage (Azure/AWS), DAM, MS

365, Marketing Automation and other business applications

• Knowledgeable in successful API integration of CTI and other communication

technologies like whatsapp with business applications

• Identifying vendors, developing SOW and wireframes, successfully managing projects

to completion for Websites (js/node/react/shopify/wordpress etc) and application

development

• Use of low code/no node application development in MS platforms would be

desirable

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience.

• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field. • 0 - 3 years' relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.

1. As a part of ISA ERP development team Develop, test and implement scalable, maintainable, well documented, high-quality MVC / Web Application for Manufacturing or service industry.

2. The individual should have a good understanding of the Microsoft .NET Platform and MS SQL server and Stored procedures

3. Ensure adherence to standards of best engineering practice (code reviews, source code management, unit testing, etc.)

4. Help junior members in the team to get them up to speed and train them in coding practices.

Job Description :

• Must have 2 years of experience in PHP Laravel or Codelgnitor
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP

• Need to develop windows applications in VB.Net and C#

Skills required:

• 5+ years of experience is required in developing projects using VB.Net, and mysql C#
• Need to have experience in implementing OOPS concepts
• Need to have experience in database concepts
• Need experience in unit testing
• Need to have experience in trouble shooting and analyzing run time errors

• Experience in handling modules/projects as individual

• Providing solution overview training to business users explaining Dynamics AX functionality across various modules and processes
• Proposing necessary changes in business process to go with product functionality and configuring the product to suit the requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least five years' experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience
• Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 ,R3 certification and/or experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, AX 2012 R2, R3 or AX 7/D365FO are a plus
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
• Good command on administration, user rights, AP, AR, GL, inventory and production
• Excellent online presentation skills using Teams
• Ability to implement both Discrete and Process Manufacturing
