SlashRTC aims to optimise the customer communications for businesses using technologies around AI, VoiceBOTs and full blown Communication Suite. We believe that there are a lot of business processes around customer communications that are handled manually and ineffectively which can be automated with consistent quality of service and deliver a top notch customer experience.
We are a strong believer of the fact that nothing can replace humans and the emotional connect that they carry while handling your customers. But there are always a myriad of questions, inquiries and mundane tasks that can be automated beautifully with Voice-AI and leave the more serious and critical things to be handled by real humans.

ExpressIntegration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic
Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
Implementation of security and data protection
Integration of data storage solutions, may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc
Integrating in-house product with third party applications and creating ready connectors
Build microservices with modular design
Benchmarking applications in terms of number of concurrent users, number of requests per second and similar parameters
Documenting and updating APIs for customers systematically

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
