We are looking for a high-performance Business Development Manager to accelerate adoption of across schools, junior colleges, and educational institutions.

Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be responsible for end-to-end sales of the School ERP platform, including lead generation, product demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and deal closure. This is a field-intensive, revenue-focused role requiring strong consultative selling skills, relationship-building capability, and understanding of the education ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities Revenue & Sales Growth

• Drive new business acquisition for School ERP.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with predictable forecasting.

• Identify and convert high-potential schools, institutions, and education groups. 

Lead Generation & Market Development

• Identify decision-makers (Chairman, Correspondent, Principal, Admin Head, IT Head).

• Conduct cold calling, field visits, networking, and referrals.

• Develop strategic partnerships with education consultants and associations.

• Participate in education expos, conferences, and industry events.

Consultative Selling

• Conduct detailed product demonstrations tailored to school needs.

• Understand institutional challenges in admissions, academics, finance, and communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Position Summary

The Java Software Developer designs and develops computer applications using the Java programming language. Managing small-to-large scale projects, with respect to business impact, throughout the development life cycle.
