Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate iOS developer who is keen to work in a startup and wants to Build something on his/her own.

Responsibilities

● Produce fully functional iOS applications by writing clean code

● Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions

● Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions

● Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models ● Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application ● Fixing bugs and performance problems

● Writing clean, readable, and testable code

● Cooperating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions Requirements ● Proven work experience as an iOS developer

● Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store

● In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift or Objective-C

● Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.

● Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

● Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

● Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications

● Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

Pre-requisites:

• Hands on experience in mobile application development for at least 2 to 5 years.
• Hands on working experience in Swift.
• Hands on working experience in Offline storage like CoreData/Realm.
• Experience in multithreaded programming and memory optimization
• Ability to learn and grow in a fast paced setup.
• Working knowledge of iOS Architectural Components and Design Patterns
• Very good debugging skills
• Good knowledge in implementing Pixel Perfect designs
• Good in Data Structures and Algorithms.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, Architect, Develop and maintain existing and new iOS applications.
• Collaborate with a team of users and developers to define, design and deploy new features and functionality.
• Complete Analysis, design, development, modification & implementation of computer applications throughout the entire software development life cycle.
• To ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the App.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience of iOS development experience with Objective-C or Swift.
• Mastery of Objective-C, Cocoa & the iPhone SDK.
• Experience and Knowledge of mobile platform architecture limitations with the Expertise to overcome those technical challenges.
• Experience utilizing networking protocols in Mobile Application Development.
• Experience in SVN / GIT code repositories.
• Experience on Web Service Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

Desired Skills

• 2-5 years of experience into iOS Development.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead other talented developers and designers.
• Good communication skills.

• Knowledge of Apple’s design principles and application interface guidelines.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Mercurial, Git, and SVN.
• Knowledge of C-based libraries.
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Experience with continuous integration.

- 2+ years of hands-on programming experience in building native iOS apps, with deep focus on usability, performance, Core Data and integration with REST APIs & services.

- Built real world apps that are published on the app store.

- Experience in OO design, design patterns & fluency in Objective-C programming (exposure to Swift or React Native would be a plus)

- Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, consuming REST Web Services

- Unit/Integration tests

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs

- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle

- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance UI development with Interface Builder and Code, including Auto Layout
