As a member of the team, your major role would be to:

• 60-70% - Research, ideate and develop strategic marketing collaterals for high-profile B2B IT clients, including solution sheets, social media ads, offers, emails, infographics, landing pages and white papers.
• 10-20% - Work closely with different stakeholders to track and manage marketing programs across channels
• 10% - Research the client, their key buyer persona and customer journey & pain points.
• 10% - Attend client pitch meetings and develop custom proposals for them to support BD efforts.

The Quantitative Research team at Dolat Capital focuses on quantitative trading, specifically fully automated trading systems. We develop proprietary algorithms by using mathematical techniques and statistical analysis to identify patterns and behavior of markets.

The incumbent will be responsible to design, develop and implement computational algorithms/strategies that succeed in generating sizable profits consistently, in real life market for a high-frequency trading environment

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take our product to the next level. 

* Development with NodeJS and front-end languages/frameworks (jQuery, ReactJS/AngularJS, CSS3, HTML5)
* 4+ years of SQL experience (MySQL preferred)
* Experience developing RESTful Web Services, Web APIs, and micro-services.
* Integrating with a third-party system via RESTful APIs.
* 4+ years of solid experience with SQL and NoSQL-based solutions.
* Experience with AWS deployments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
* Ability to write clean, modular, reusable code (using design patterns) and experience with a unit-test-driven approach to development.

* Familiarity with Elasticsearch is an advantage
* Experience with Redis is an advantage

• You will work with Account Managers and clients to troubleshoot the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. This could be anything from solving small CMS hiccups to recommending a better workflow, leveraging HubL for a better solution, to executing great parts of HubSpot CRM implementations.
• You will work closely with the tech and marketing delivery teams to architect and implement HubSpot setup and workflows so you can achieve client goals in the most efficient manner.
• You will support and eventually lead HubSpot onboarding for company clients.
• You will be required to upskill on HubSpot and a host of other martech tools continuously and over time become a match specialist.
• You will enable the learning of others on HubSpot, so your love for knowledge sharing will be put to use.
• You will be assigned as a Project Manager for the company's marketing services clients.

Qualifications and skills

• 3+ Years working on HTML/CSS. JavaScript is a plus
• Experience working with Content Management Systems like HubSpot, WordPress, etc. 
• Have experience in HubL and creating HubSpot templates using HubL. HubSpot CMS certification is a plus.
• Worked with web designers to create HubSpot templates and custom modules from scratch.
• Worked on apps and integrations from the HubSpot marketplace.
• Understand APIs and integrations, from the tech as well as the business sides.
• Strong sense of design and are able to articulate what is on-trend, what looks good. Attention to detail is a must.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
