Job Role:

• Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve company data
• Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming.
• Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations
• Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality.
• Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data mining.

• Develop plans and set goals to help meet sales targets and deliver results.
• Follow up with potential clients to turn inquiries into signed contracts.
• Stay in touch with clients throughout their journey, making sure they have the support they need at every stage.
• Help clients gather and submit the necessary documents for their visa applications.
• Contribute ideas for marketing strategies and help create content to attract new clients.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like Travel and Tourism, Law, or International Relations.
• 1-3 years of experience in immigration consulting, sales, or similar roles (fresh graduates with strong skills are also welcome).
• A good understanding of immigration laws and requirements for different countries.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated processes simply and clearly.
• A strong sales mindset and a focus on delivering great customer service.
• Attention to detail and excellent research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.

Educational Requirements

• Must possess a diploma/degree/certificate in graphic design / fine art/interface design from a recognized school, institute, or academy (NIFT, NID, Pearl Academy)

Experience:  5+ years, Proven experience with UI / UX / Graphic design with a portfolio of sample projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop standard UI components and style guides
• Build wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize the design
• Define visual elements, product elements, and overall design
• Taking design briefs to understand requirements
• Effectively communicate your designs to developers and other key stakeholders
• Create and implement interaction models and user interface specifications
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs, and emerging technologies
• Conduct, observe, and analyze usability testing sessions
• Conduct user testing of applications, software, and websites
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures
• Support the QA team to make sure features are implemented in the coded version as intended
