CGLIA is looking for IT Recruiters who have expertise in hiring through LinkedIn and other social media sites. This position is to work from our office. The Recruiter will understand the requirements and identify effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods that work for the organization screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedules interviews; oversees the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers Coordinate with the hiring manager and other human resource staff during the offer process, Initiate campus hiring, and hiring with the finishing schools.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent skills in hiring through LinkedIn and other social media sites. Should have experience in IT recruitment and close the positions within the time frame.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Passion towards recruitment and onboarding processes
Education and Experience:
Any graduate with an understanding of IT terminologies.
Minimum 3 years of experience working for IT product companies. Should have experience in MS Word & Excel sheets.
High priority to those having experience in hiring through LinkedIn and social Media Networks, and having innovative hiring processes.
