Principal Engineer - Java

Position Summary:

The Graphic Designer Intern will support our design team in creating visually compelling content for both digital and print media. This role is ideal for a creative individual with a passion for design, eager to develop their skills and contribute to exciting design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Create and edit visual assets such as banners, infographics, brochures, and promotional materials.
• Help with the preparation of design files for production and ensure accuracy in formatting and resolution.
• Research design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to design projects, including organizing assets and maintaining design archives.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve project outcomes.

Who we are looking for:

Full Stack Engineer (Position based in Chennai)

The following criteria are mandatory requirements and we strongly encourage that you apply only if you meet all these criteria:

1. Minimum 3 years of work experience

2. Proven capability to understand clients business needs

3. At least one demonstrable stint of architecting a database from scratch

4. Multiple programming language capabilities a must. In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language

5. Willingness to wear multiple hats depending on our business needs will be a priority

6. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development

7. Knowledge of current tools, platforms and languages an absolute must

8. Hands-on experience in cloud technologies and project management capabilities will be considered favourably

Job Description:

• Work closely with various people and teams throughout the entire app development cycle (concept, design, build, deploy & test) in an agile environment.
• Design and build applications for the Android platform.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.

Job Specifications

• An Graduate in IT or Post graduate or Engineer in IT; with 4+ years’ of relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter is a must.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, decision making and technical ability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-8 years experience recruiting, sourcing and engaging talent in an extremely fast-paced environment
• TA experience from startup background or from Fintech will be preferred
• A great understanding of different roles in the industry with an understanding of high-performance culture and hiring standard
• Ability to assess the candidates beyond their work profiles and engaging them throughout the process
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
