The role Fibr is building the agentic web experience layer - turning every URL into an intelligent agent that senses intent, makes decisions, and adapts in real time. Our agents personalise the full journey, running long LLM workflows against live customer accounts and millions of sessions.

You'll own features end-to-end - from the rough idea in a Slack thread to something shipped, instrumented, and behaving correctly in production. New surface areas land on your plate every few weeks: a new agent, a new integration, a new optimization loop. You're responsible for the whole thing, including the evals and metrics that prove it works. You'll work directly with the founding team and ship to real users every week.

What you'll do Ship AI-powered features end-to-end - backend, data, LLM layer, and the surface the user sees Design long-running workflows that hold up against rate limits, partial failures, and noisy third-party APIs Build and maintain the evals, guardrails, and instrumentation that decide whether a feature is good enough to ship Model the data behind agents and the analytics behind product decisions Sit in on architecture calls and shape where the platform goes next

Must-haves 2-6 years of production backend experience Has shipped LLM-powered features to real users in production - not demos, not side projects. Be ready to talk about what broke and how you fixed it Has built and run evals for LLM systems. Review Criteria

* Strong Technical Project Manager / Program Manager / Implementation manager profile

* 4+ years in Project Management / Program management Implementation Engineer/ Consultant with a B2B SaaS company (preferably with enterprise client)

* Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery across multiple teams, including sprint planning, tracking, retrospectives, and release governance using Jira / Confluence

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager. This is a high-impact opportunity to manage and monitor software projects across teams while also driving delivery excellence, Agile coaching, and process improvements. The ideal candidate brings experience in project management within a product or technology-driven environment, a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and a keen interest in process governance and continuous improvement.

Project Management & Delivery Oversight:

* Plan and manage multiple concurrent technology projects across multiple teams.

* Collaborate with teams to define project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

* Track progress using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and ensure timely delivery.

* Generate reports and maintain dashboards on project status, risks, and timelines.

* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Process Definition & Governance:

* Design and implement processes for Agile delivery, ticket management, and support workflows.

* Conduct audits, spot checks, and process reviews to ensure compliance.

* Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication:

* Serve as the bridge between Engineering, QA, Support, and Product teams

* Regularly update leadership on delivery progress, risks, and process gaps

* Simplify technical progress and status for executive-level reporting

Ideal Candidate

* 3+ years of experience in Project Management / program management / Delivery Excellence roles within technology or SaaS organizations.

* Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira, Confluence.

* Hands-on experience in any technical function (QA, development, testing, or project coordination).

* Ability to lead process governance, including documentation, audits, and stakeholder alignment.

* Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

* Self-driven, highly organized, and outcome-focused.

Desirable Qualifications:

* Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CMMI-related are a plus.

* Exposure to process maturity models or experience contributing to CMMI audits is preferred.

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2-3 years of experience with the MERN stack
• Good understanding of JavaScript (or TypeScript), REST APIs, and MongoDB
• Clear logic, curiosity, and the ability to Google smartly
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow with the team
• Comfortable using AI tools to assist in dev

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to tools like Firebase, Next.js, or Vercel
• Any live projects, GitHub repos, or portfolio sites
• Basic understanding of cloud deployment 

Job Responsibilities

• Design, Architect, Develop and maintain existing and new iOS applications.
• Collaborate with a team of users and developers to define, design and deploy new features and functionality.
• Complete Analysis, design, development, modification & implementation of computer applications throughout the entire software development life cycle.
• To ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the App.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience of iOS development experience with Objective-C or Swift.
• Mastery of Objective-C, Cocoa & the iPhone SDK.
• Experience and Knowledge of mobile platform architecture limitations with the Expertise to overcome those technical challenges.
• Experience utilizing networking protocols in Mobile Application Development.
• Experience in SVN / GIT code repositories.
• Experience on Web Service Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

Desired Skills

• 2-5 years of experience into iOS Development.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead other talented developers and designers.
• Good communication skills.

• Assimilate data and analytics to create daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
• Analyze reports to detect problems during data collection and help review data that has been collected.
• Monitor data to identify trends and anomalies that might showcase abnormal behavior.

• Generate and share routine/ ad-hoc reports as required.

• Experience of 2-3 years in a high-transaction MIS environment.
