Preventative* 

⭐Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and equipment to prevent breakdowns.

⭐Repairs: Fixing broken items such as locks, doors, windows, walls, and plumbing fixtures.

⭐Technical Work: Performing basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs on machinery.

⭐Safety and Compliance: Checking, installing, and maintaining fire alarms, fire extinguishers, and security systems to ensure compliance with building codes.

⭐Grounds Upkeep: Maintaining the building exterior, including landscaping, lawn mowing, snow removal, and clearing debris.

⭐Documentation & Coordination: Keeping maintenance logs, managing inventory of supplies, and coordinating with contractors for major repairs.

Key Responsibilities : 

a) Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.

b) Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.

c) Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

d) Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

e) Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for higher efficiency.

f) Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.

g) Coordinate with production, quality, and stores departments for smooth operations.

h) Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to safety practices.

j) Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

k) Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding machines. 

• Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, heaters and control panels. 

• Handle troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motors and temperature controllers. 

• Maintain electrical panels, MCC/DB panels, MCBs, MCCBs, cables and wiring. 

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues to minimize machine downtime. 

• Maintain and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment such as chillers, compressors, dryers, MTC and cooling towers. 

• Carry out machine installation, electrical connections and commissioning support. 

• Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and schematics. 

• Maintain breakdown reports, maintenance logs, checklists and machine history cards. 

• Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for quick resolution of breakdowns.

• Attend customer complaints and resolve warranty-related issues.
• Perform equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing.
• Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) before equipment dispatch.
• Train customers/operators on equipment operation and safety.
• Manage spare parts inventory, dispatch, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Handle warranty extensions and mandatory machine services.

Requirements

• Perform preventive maintenance of solar modules, inverters,ACDBs, DCDBs,SCBs,LT/HT panels, AJBs etc.
• Replace defective modules,fuses,connectors, breakers and damaged cables.
• Monitor system performance via SCADA or remote platforms.
• Must have hands on experience with difference string inverter brands such as Sungrow, Solis,Growatt, SolarEdge,Polycab etc.
• Fault anaysis, communication setup(RS485/Ethernet), firmware updates across multiple inverters types.
• Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.

Education: Diploma B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Power Engineering

Experience: Must have 1-2 years of field experience in O & M
