You will collaborate with Development and Product Managers to drive testability and ensure quality of the releases. Required Skills: • Manage QA coverage of multiple web projects. • Strong project management and cross-functional teaming and communication skills / documentation skills • Planning/organizing necessary test passes, staying on top of all important issues, help triaging bugs and driving issues to resolutions and keeping everyone aware of QA status. • Work with different teams (Engineering/PM/Operation) to collect necessary information to assure the QA coverage, also provide feedback on quality issues. • Work with onsite and offshore team to set their priorities and remove their roadblocks to make sure sufficient coverage is done for the release. • Assess the status of the release, and help make sure that the release goes out on time with high quality level. • Excellent knowledge on Manual Testing concepts and Automation skills. • Good knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Test Life cycle (STLC) • Extensive knowledge in Functional, Smoke, Integration, System Testing. • Good Knowledge of Writing, Execution and Reviewing of Test case • Good Knowledge of white box testing and Black box testing-Smoke, Functional, Integration, System, Performance, Browser Compatibility, Usability, Accessibility, Adhoc Testing • Experience with gathering requirements, reviewing requirement specifications, developing test plans and defining testing strategies • Should be willing to work independently in an organized manner and take end-to-end ownership with minimal guidance in a fast-paced environment • Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills. • Should be willing to wear different hats and take responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Experience as a QA provide strategy, planning and test execution in support of new application testing, • Experience in structured testing tools and methodologies with a proven ability to breakdown business/functional/non-functional requirements into high-level and detailed Release and Test plans, strategies, and estimates. • Track testing and quality metrics across different Agile teams and provide input and metrics in support of the report out on testing results and effectiveness • Stakeholder management and influence is key in defining UAT strategies, approaches and plans • Provide leadership and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to craft realistic plans, translate technical concepts, innovate, and automate testing to the greatest extent possible. • Expertise in Selenium automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid • Execute automation scripts on different browsers/environments & report defects/results to the team • Take ownership of automation and lead the automation team by mentoring the team as required • Experience in interacting directly with End User Clients • Experience in working on Page Object model framework using selenium web driver • Participate in knowledge transfer to the newly recruited persons. • Experience in providing internal training on Selenium Tool Years of Experience: 1+ Years Educational Qualification: BE / BTech / MCA / MTech Compensation: As per industry standard
