Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and sanity testing.
• Test AI/ML applications, including chatbot workflows, LLM-based features, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation systems.
• Validate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and edge-case handling.
• Test REST APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.

• Collaborate with developers, AI engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and validate implementations.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing for web and mobile applications.

• Prepare detailed test reports and maintain testing documentation.
• Suggest improvements to QA processes and testing methodologies for AI-driven applications.

Looking for a Senior Test Engineer with strong experience in IoT manual and automation testing, including API, protocol, and performance testing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Must have 2- 4 years of manual testing experience in Embedded Systems
• 3-6 years Embedded QA engineering experience
• Expertise in Functional and System Testing
• Experience in communication protocols such as SPI, I2C etc
• Experience in handling the LAB equipments for the embedded devices
• Strong hands-on in embedded product testing
• Knowledge of Audio Testing is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Strong written and oral communication skills
