We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our US IT Staffing business development initiatives from our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Bench Sales and a proven track record in client acquisition. The role focuses on engaging with Direct Clients, Prime Vendors, and Tier-1. · Work closely with Bench Sales and Recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality submissions.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendor partners.

· Consistently achieve or exceed defined monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.

· Maintain detailed documentation of activities, pipelines, and client interactions.


Requirements:


· 5 to 10 years of experience in US IT Staffing, including a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing BDM role.

· Strong background in Bench Sales with hands-on experience in candidate marketing.

· Proven ability to generate leads and close new accounts with Direct Clients and Prime Vendors.

· Excellent understanding of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and staffing models.
