Job Title: Scrum / Project Manager – IoT Network Platform (RF Mesh)
Department: Product / Engineering

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scrum / Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of our large-scale IoT network platform based on RF Mesh technology.
This role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving agile practices, coordinating development sprints, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality IoT solutions. The Scrum/Project Manager will act as a bridge between engineering, product, QA, and field teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to large-scale deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile / Scrum Management
- Lead Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage product backlog in coordination with Product Owners and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration between firmware, hardware, cloud, and QA teams.
- Ensure adherence to agile processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
2. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for IoT network platform development and deployment.
- Track progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation of issues.
- Coordinate with field deployment teams to integrate real-world feedback into development cycles.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
3. Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Communicate technical and operational progress to business and leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment between product vision, engineering execution, and field deployment requirements.
4. Risk & Quality Management
- Identify, monitor, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Work with QA and System Test teams to ensure quality standards, validation, and compliance.
- Support issue resolution during pilot deployments and large-scale rollouts.
5. Process Improvement & Reporting
- Introduce best practices for agile project management, reporting, and team collaboration.
- Maintain project KPIs, monitor resource utilization, and optimize delivery processes.
- Support post-deployment analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in project or program management, with at least 2 years in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience managing large-scale IoT, wireless, or embedded system projects is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of RF Mesh networks, IoT architecture, and cloud integration.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, cloud, QA, and field operations.
Preferred Attributes:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / PMP / PMI-ACP.
- Exposure to Smart Metering, Smart City, or Industrial IoT deployments.
- Understanding of network testing, validation, and large-scale field deployment challenges.
- Hands-on experience with data dashboards, KPIs, and Agile reporting metrics.

- Maintain Network Infrastructure - Configure, Upgrade and Troubleshoot - WAN and LAN Connectivity, Routers Firewalls, Switches, IP Telephony, Cloud and internal Servers Linux related technologies, Windows Server, SQL Server and Virtual Technologies: VMware and Microsoft VDI Systems.

- Support Desktop Team - Configuring and troubleshooting Desktop, Laptops, Peripherals, Printers, Applications, Software applications, Windows and other Operating System.
Job Family Descriptor
This includes technology and network planning acorss multiple layers, introduction of new technologies into the network for new services and/or better network efficiency.
Designs the network architecture and performs technical analysis of software, hardware, and network systems, systems engineering for front-end processors, multiplexes, LAN/WAN communications, network nodes, switches, and various transmission systems.
Analyses traffic flows and trends, route planning, network optimisation, routing solutions and forecast of traffic. Performs integration with existing systems and conduct service validation prior to hand over to Service Operations team. Has knowledge on IP routers, switches, fiber optic connections, microwave wireless transmission, 2G/3G/4G, DSL and radio frequency systems, etc.
The function engages with LOBs and Products Team to understand market forecast/ trends, and with relevant teams and vendors to discuss solutions and cost estimates and CAPEX optimization initiatives.
Also responsible for equipment planning via rfp while working along with commercial team.

- Timely receipt and processing of telecom orders and changes to services (i.e. device orders, service plan changes) via provider portals or email.
- Data maintenance in the system as well as resolving data issues.
- Professional and solution-oriented communication in English language with telecom providers, end-users, and telecom admins via emails or within the system.

- Follow a set process for processing customer orders within contracted SLA’s
