We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Infrastructure & AI Solutions Engineer to lead the implementation, administration, migration, and optimization of Microsoft technologies including Intune, SCCM (Configuration Manager), Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Microsoft AI Services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft platforms, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver end-to-end infrastructure modernization and digital transformation projects. Experience with non-Microsoft enterprise technologies and multi-vendor environments will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions.
• Configure device enrollment and lifecycle management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Deploy applications, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
• Implement Conditional Access, device compliance, and endpoint security controls.
• Manage software updates, feature updates, and Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Monitor endpoint compliance and remediate security or configuration issues.

SCCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager)

• Deploy, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.
• Manage Operating System Deployment (OSD), imaging, and task sequences.
• Implement software distribution and patch management solutions.
• Configure co-management between SCCM and Intune.
• Generate operational reports and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure issues.
• Support migration from traditional endpoint management to cloud-native management.

Microsoft Exchange

• Implement and administer Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange environments.
• Perform mailbox migrations and tenant-to-tenant migration activities.
• Manage mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and email security configurations.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, anti-spam, and anti-phishing protections.
• Troubleshoot messaging and mail delivery issues.
• Monitor and optimize Exchange service health and performance.

Active Directory & Identity Management

• Design, implement, and administer Active Directory infrastructure.
• Configure and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and identity synchronization.
• Configure Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Conditional Access.
• Manage user provisioning, onboarding, offboarding, and access governance.
• Support hybrid identity and directory synchronization solutions.

Microsoft SharePoint

• Design, implement, and administer SharePoint Online environments.
• Build collaboration sites, document management solutions, and intranet portals.
• Configure permissions, content management, governance, and retention policies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Minimum of four years of proven experience working as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and deployment automation.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Security, and Azure Monitor.

- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.

- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration platforms, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or Docker Swarm.

- Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.

Incumbent with the relevant experience of 2+ years as a SharePoint Developer with the given skills below:

• Understanding of MS cloud services.
• Experience in developing applications for SharePoint Online, and Office 365. Proficient in building custom solutions on SharePoint Online.
• Experience in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), ReactJS, and Typescript.
• Experience in power platforms like Power Automate & Power BI.
• Good knowledge of SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-premise.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JQuery.
• Familiarity with SharePoint "Out of the Box" features.
• An understanding of SharePoint Designer, workflows, and Powershell script.
