Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Management support.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and project governance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in the Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management (WMS), Manufacturing, or Distribution domain.
• Exposure to supply chain transformation, warehouse automation, transportation management, inventory management, or ERP implementation projects.
• Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.

Technical Skills

• Project Management Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Confluence, SharePoint.
• Reporting and dashboard preparation using Excel or Power BI is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Kinaxis is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
• PMP (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Scrum Fundamentals / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Good to have

PRINCE2 Foundation – Good to have

Manual Tester with Crew Domain Knowledge

Skill Set/Experience

1.   •       Experience: 5–12 Years

1. Very good understanding of airline Crew and Ops business processes
2. Experience in UAT and SIT testing including on-site customer interactions (added advantage).
3. Strong business/testing skills – Use case review, Test case creation (Interface, Functional and UAT and End to End ) , review and execution
4. Basic knowledge of SQL, UNIX
5. Experience in API/Interfaces testing
6. Experience with any of the defect tracking systems.
7. Exposure in using selenium Test Automation tool is added advantage
