Job Responsibilities:

Test Analyst:

• Good Communicator, 4 to 7 years, BFSI domain exp.(Investment banking/Capital Market/Wealth Management) is a must.

Skills & tools needed:

• Agile exp. and knowledge, end to end testing, UAT, regression, automation test frameworks.

Testing tools: JIRA, ALM

• Hands-on experience on test planning/test strategy, defect validation, sending status reports

What will I be doing? 👩💻👨💻

1. You will be owning features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch. This will include building test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.
2. You will collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, and Customer Support

1. Strong quality sense and experience working closely with web/mobile development teams

• Expert level of knowledge in ‘Capital Markets’ or ‘Investment of financial services.

• Strong experience release testing in an agile model
• Strong experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test summary reports.
• Strong experience in execution of smoke and regression test cases

• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute manual testing activities.
• Manage release from the QA perspective and keep the affected parties informed.
• Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvements.
• Preparing test cases for unit, integration and end-end testing.
• Plan and manage automation testing strategy for QDC.

Digital Test Analyst

The role will work collaboratively with almost all facets of the agency including our super talented UX, Creative, UI and Development teams as well as our Project Managers. 

THE ROLE 

Sitting within the delivery team, you will be responsible for: 

·       Undertaking manual testing on digital projects such as websites, mobile apps, API’s testing, data verification and validation, and CMS backend testing 

·       Cross Browser, Platform and Device testing, and accessibility testing where applicable 

·       Defining test cases based on project scope to meet project acceptance criteria 

·       Execution of test cases; covering functional, non-functional and regression testing 

·       Creation and ongoing management of Test Plans 

·       Writing and executing automated UAT functional tests using tools such as Selenium and / or Appium 

·       Collaborating with internal and external test resources to execute the test plan 

·       Creation and ongoing management of testing processes 

·       Working with development resources to raise and resolve defects within the test plan timeline 

THE ESSENTIALS 

To most effectively perform as the Test Analyst, you should have: 

·       Extensive experience in website functionality testing 

·       Minimum 3 years commercial experience as an experienced Digital Test Analyst 

·       Automated testing experience using tools such as Selenium is a must 

·       Skills to break down project scope into test cases 

·       Strong technical proficiency (Javascript skills preferred) 

·       Experience using JIRA and communicating at a technical level with Developers 

·       Best practice quality assurance and attention to detail is a must 

·       Strong communication skills

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automated testing. The Senior QA Engineer will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. • Reviews design specifications to understand the scope, requirements, and function of the software product.
