Technical Skills:

·      SAP System Expertise:

·      Installation, Configuration, and Upgrades: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading SAP systems and components (e.g., ECC, HANA, BOBJ). 

·      Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues within the SAP environment. 

·      Performance Tuning: Knowledge of techniques to optimize SAP system performance, ensuring efficient operation. 

·      SAP Security: Expertise in managing SAP security, including user administration, role management, and authorization management.

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, team management, and employee relations. We are looking for driven Business Development who can onboard new Hospitals/Diagnostic Centers dealing with Cancer, Transplant, ICU, and cardiac treatments in India and participate in efforts to increase new fundraisers for patients for funding critical illnesses.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Doctors and Hospitals for major alliances and regular patient referrals,

- Create and manage digital fundraising campaigns for patients for crowdfunding,

- Lead and grow the Business Development and Partnerships team, including remote / field team members all across the country,

- Forge new crowdfunding partnerships across India across various medical verticals,
