Our organization relies on its central engineering workforce to develop and maintain a product portfolio of several different startups. We are looking for a Project Manager II to join one of our ChatBot engineering teams at our office in Hyderabad.

Our Program managers are multi-tasking ninjas. They rally internal and external teams with them with a single-minded focus on building the right solutions for the clients using the power of conversational AI.

Running scrums, handling client calls, unblocking teams, building conversational designs and flows, and measuring the performance of shipped bots are all the things you will do daily while making sure that all stakeholders are aligned and that communication flow is happening in all directions. You will be juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously which will make each day very different and exciting than the previous. 

What would you do? 

• Work with the Development & Implementation team to validate the business requirements.
• Test business goals within the framework of the platform, keeping the user experience at the center of the thought process. 
• Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and communicate project updates.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Rigorously follow up with the internal team to unblock critical tasks, and be a mentor for the bot-building process. 
• Strong technical acumen to effectively translate client requests and requirements into actionable tasks
• Be a champion of communication and document project deliverables, timeline, status, and dependency matrix regularly. 
• Be a part of scrums and sprints and help the team communicate business goals.
• Give inputs in the development roadmap for the delivery team and provide relevant insights to the internal stakeholders.

Who Should Apply? 

• 2+proven years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably on a consumer-facing product. 
• Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, preferably from a Tier 1 institute. 
• Strong understanding of the consumer internet ecosystem. Previous experience of working in Chatbots/AI domain a plus. 
• High-level understanding of various tech platforms like Android, iOS, Web, Voice, etc. 
• Experience working in startups or successful entrepreneurial adventures. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Self-driven, Multi-tasker, Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.

Requirements are such a strong word. We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate who has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.

Our IT Project Managers are responsible for assisting various tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Being a central liaison between all project stakeholders consisting Executive Board, Developers, and QA, they makes sure that we do not miss any deliverables from the schedule.

• Processing new projects that come in from the client.
• Attending calls/meetings with the client’s teams as needed.
• Determining work flow, steps and timelines for all projects.
• Assisting in the creation of documentation and reports such as project overviews and communicating the same to various internal stakeholders.
