Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy for Homez and Own in the Noida region, particularly in Sector 132. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the assigned region (Sector 132, Noida).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor and assess team performance, provide coaching and training as needed to optimize results.
- Client Relationship Management:

Key Responsibilities:
• ABAP Development: Design, develop, and implement ABAP programs, reports, forms, and enhancements according to business requirements.
• Interfaces Management: Create and maintain interfaces between SAP and non-SAP systems using technologies such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and Web Services.
• BW Development: Work on BW projects, including the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Develop ABAP routines for data modeling and reporting.
• ODP Implementation: Implement and manage Operational Data Provisioning for data extraction and replication, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Performance Optimization: Analyze existing ABAP code and BW processes for performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Documentation: Prepare technical documentation for all developments and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support for SAP applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
o Strong experience with SAP interfaces, BW, and ODP.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP.
o Experience with data extraction techniques and data modeling in SAP BW.
o Familiarity with ODP concepts and implementations.
o Knowledge of integration technologies (IDoc, BAPI, RFC, Web Services).
