Senior Sales Manager

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, and Income Tax

Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits

Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations

Implement and monitor financial controls, policies, and processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and business teams for seamless finance support

Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration across multiple environments (development, staging, production).

CI/CD Pipelines:

• Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
• Implement automated testing, build, and deployment processes.
• Optimize pipelines for speed, reliability, and security.

Cloud Infrastructure:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure performance and availability.
• Implement security best practices for cloud environments.
• Implement cost optimization strategies for cloud resources.

Knowledge about Autocad, solid works, Revit, Staad pro,

and mechanical software,

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for print and digital marketing materials that align with brand standards and project goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver work on time
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them develop their skills and knowledge
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and software to continually improve skills
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute to the creative direction of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Strong understanding of branding and design strategy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on time
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

What you need to have:

What will you do?

• Develop IP-based communication platforms like video conferencing, IM, etc., new user-facing features, and enhance our main front-end platforms.
• Develop specifications and designs for complex applications or modify/maintain complex existing applications.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, and Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, high-performance, maintainable code and generate automated unit, regression and integration tests.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams including mobile developers to deliver a great product experience for Houm consumers.

Skill Sets

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on industry experience in core front-end web development using Angular 9. x.
• 4 to 5 years of hands-on industry experience in real-time web application development using Socket.IO
• Strong knowledge of bi-directional communication between web clients and servers, design principles, multithreading, design patterns, and best practices behind a scalable application and ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience with one or more of the following domains: real-time collaboration application development, real-time multimedia communication application development, SIP application development, or Instant messaging (IM) application development.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, prototype inheritance, composition, partial page updates, and application rendering behaviour and performance.
• Proficient understanding of cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues, code versioning tools such as Github.
• Experience with distributed memory caching systems, and web-socket communications such as Redis or Memcached.
• Working experience in cloud environments, and any NoSQL databases like Redis, DynamoDB, Cassandra etc.

As an Magento Developer you can expect to be involved in a position with responsibility for the following:

Ø Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & web sites on Magento.
Ø Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications.
Ø Development of custom extensions & modules in Magento.
Ø Work on Magento integration with external systems, viz CMS/CRM/ERP/Payment/Shipping etc.
Ø Exposure on Magento, CMS, CodeIgnitor, OpenCart, JavaScript/ jQuery.
Ø Understanding client requirements and translating them to effective error free web based solutions.
