Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving the sales strategy for Homez and Own in the Noida region, particularly in Sector 132. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams. This role requires an individual who is passionate about real estate sales, has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and can build and maintain lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the assigned region (Sector 132, Noida).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor and assess team performance, provide coaching and training as needed to optimize results.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and potential buyers.
- Ensure that customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for improving sales and marketing strategies.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure effective lead generation and conversion by focusing on both online and offline channels.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback in CRM systems.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration with Other Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in the development of promotional materials and presentations to support sales efforts.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Handle high-value negotiations with clients, ensuring the best possible deal while maintaining the company's profitability and reputation.
- Oversee the closure of sales deals, ensuring that all paperwork and processes are completed efficiently.
Experience:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a sales team and achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2.5–5 years of experience in data science, ML, or AI (projects and internships included).
- Proficiency in Python with experience in libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and matplotlib.
- Basic exposure to LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Mistral, Hugging Face) or strong interest with the ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with SQL and structured data handling.
- Understanding of NLP fundamentals and vector-based retrieval techniques (a plus).
- Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with GenAI prototyping using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and model integration into backend systems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, or Git.
Security (AM/Executive)
• To design the security infrastructure / policies for the organisation, implement & monitor the same
• To ensure security compliance with respect to recommendations received from government agencies like CEA, NCIIPC
• Design, review, implement & monitor IT security related controls as part of Internal
• Controls, IFC, ERM
• ISMS certification (ISO 27001) for IT systems; this will include preparation and periodic review of policies and SOPs, regular trainings and maintaining records in prescribed formats
• Conducting internal security audit and generating reports by deploying VA tools
• Periodic security/VAPT audits and implementation of the findings
• IT security related new initiatives like - Security Operations Centre (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), cloud security, EMM-enterprise mobility management
