Position Overview: We are looking for a senior developer who must be capable of building services using modern microservices architecture with NodeJS & serverless frameworks. Should have strong knowledge of ObjectOriented Concepts, and Node. Js frameworks like loopback, RDBMS, and microservice patterns. The candidate should be comfortable with application coding based on design and specifications, and also be comfortable working with JSON and RESTful services. The candidate must be a top-notch developer committed to keeping learning new things and becoming an integral part of and fostering growth within our development team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining the backend systems that support the application
• Designing and implementing APIs and Microservices architecture to handle the application workload
• Developing and optimizing queries for RDBMS (MySQL) to manage data and ensure performance and scalability
• Managing and deploying the application on AWS using Lambda, ECS and other related services
• Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems and back-end systems
• Writing clean, neat and reusable code that follows coding standards and best practices.
• Participating in code reviews and ensuring that coding standards are maintained
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in production environments
• Optimizing the application for performance, scalability, and security
• Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development
• Documenting technical specifications, processes, and system design

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
• Implement and optimize Microservices Architecture using Spring Boot.
• Develop, test, and deploy RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Ensure application scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Work with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for cloud-native development.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and design patterns.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

Essential 

• Deep understanding of data structures & algorithm. 

• Expert in C, C++ with hands-on experience

• Fair understanding of scripting languages Python and JavaScript

• Expertise in Linux user-level programming and exposure to Linux networking stack.

• Good understanding on TCP/IP concepts.

• Proven experience with security standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Good understanding of Network security and DNS modules

• Excellent Understanding of networking technologies and OS internals.

• Prior experience in leading and delivering project/programs involving multiple teams.

• Prior experience of leading and mentoring senior engineers to deliver critical projects.

Nice-to-have 

• Prior experience developing DNS and related modules is a Plus.

• Good understanding of network protocols like TCP, UDP, HTTP, SSL, DNS, FTP etc. 

• Experience with CI/CD (git, pipeline etc.). 

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor of Engineering in ECE/Computers or similar years’ experience with ME/MTech in ECE/Computers.

• Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills throughout the organization.

• Ability to work flexible hours for better collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities for Staff Engineer role:

• Having experience in Java along with Springboot, Micorservices, RDBMS
• Experience required: 6yrs to 8 yrs.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Java development

• Experience delivering Services (REST, SOAP) and Web applications in Micro services architecture
• Experience developing and deploying Java solutions to cloud
• Experience in Spring Boot and components of Spring framework
• Experience in a JavaScript framework such as Angular or React
• Experience in TDD using Junit or similar frameworks

·       Experience in Design Patterns and service oriented architectural principles, Data structures and Algorithms.

·       Individual should be an active participant in the product design and code reviews for self and team and can competently review any aspect of their product or major sub-system.

·       Experience in SQL, Unix skills.
