Abmiro is currently seeking a friendly and highly skilled customer success executive to provide enterprise-level support to our vast international customer base. he/she must be able to provide support via phone, web, email, chat, and other channels as needed.

Excellence in customer service skills is a must. We are looking for a self-motivated person who is willing to take ownership of customer issues, complaints and queries reported and see those problems through to resolution.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Manage growing support teams
2. Manage inbound calls, chats, ticketing system and emails.
3. Taking ownership of tickets, acknowledging them for confirmation to the customer.
4. Guide Customers with technical or non-technical problems
5. Strong computer skills needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to customer issues
6. Exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication skills to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
7. Good written communication skills to ensure proper recording of all customer interactions and closure of all presented issues
8. Commitment to documenting knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles
9. Act as a liaison between the delivery team, customers and vendors.
10. Proactively work on building process improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

1. BE degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BCA, BCS or similar
2. Work experience in technical support, IT support, or as a technical engineer is a plus
3. Aptitude for problem-solving
4. Excellent client-facing/customer service skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to focus and follow-through to the resolution of issues
7. Ability to diffuse tension and work the issue at hand

Basic knowledge of MySQL, Shell Scripts, etc is a plus

Location: Pune (Remote)

1. Develop customizations and configurations to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including entity customization, form design, workflow development, and business process automation.
2. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and document requirements for customizations and integrations.
3. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the functional teams on best practices for Dynamics 365 customization and integration.
4. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and test plans.
5. Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 customizations and integrations.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and technologies, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide a delightful renting experience to customers

2. Help maximize sales at all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment

4. Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs

5. Demonstrate ways to increase store productivity

6. Apply sales transaction knowledge to process routine discounts, gift certificate sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations

7. Participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers

8. Maintain a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines

9. Actively support securing company assets through effective loss prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures

10. Accurately enters customer and product information into company backend tools on a day to day basis

11. Ensure ease of customer shopping experience by maintaining replenishment, quality checks, visual merchandising and hygiene standards

• Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration.
• Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
• Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
• Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.

• Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
• Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)   
• Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail and upselling the packages
• Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
• Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
• Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
• Follow up with patients at all stages.
• Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.

Customer service and care of the customers

• By entering customer data in to the data base

• By handling customer telephone calls and making required activities
• By actively preventing terminations of contracts and reduce of purchased services
• By handling customer feedback and making required activities
• By making customer satisfaction surveys
• By follow up of first delivery to new customer
• By follow up of contract termination and final invoicing

• By archive of customer documents

• Work closely with the Business Analysts and Finance Business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations
• Develop functional and technical design and documentation for Oracle Applications dependent data  conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications including use of documented revision control.
• Participate in the design, development and maintenance of Conversions,
• Modifications/Customizations and Interfaces to/from Oracle’s Suite of Business Applications.
• Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
• Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.
• Design, Document and Perform Unit Testing to validate product functionality

• Bachelors' degree in business, computer science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Financials Functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Extensive Oracle Finance (Fusion) Development experience.
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of Clients/Business
• Ability to work with Multicultural environment across the world
