Key Responsibilities:

π Issue Resolution:

ππ» Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
π Order Management:
ππ» Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
ππ» Coordinate with the dispatch team to track orders and provide updates to customers.
ππ» Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
βπ» Product Knowledge:
ππ» Maintain in-depth knowledge of Right Human Nutritionβs products and services.
ππ» Provide accurate information to customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Requirements:
π₯ Technical Skills:
ππ» Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
ππ» Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
ππ» Proficiency in using communication tools like email, WhatsApp, and call systems.

ππ» Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles (preferred).
ππ» Experience in handling customer queries through multiple channels (Mail/WhatsApp/Call/Bot).
