Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive / Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
๐ Customer Support:
๐๐ป Provide exceptional customer service through email, WhatsApp, calls, and chatbots.
๐๐ป Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding products and dispatch.
๐๐ป Assist customers with product information, order status, and other related queries.
๐ฒ Communication:
๐๐ป Maintain positive and professional behavior with customers at all times.
๐๐ป Respond promptly to customer queries and ensure all interactions are recorded accurately.
๐๐ป Use multiple communication channels (Mail/WhatsApp/Call/Bot) to manage customer interactions.
๐ Issue Resolution:
๐๐ป Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
๐๐ป Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
๐๐ป Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
๐ Order Management:
๐๐ป Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
๐๐ป Coordinate with the dispatch team to track orders and provide updates to customers.
๐๐ป Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.
โ๐ป Product Knowledge:
๐๐ป Maintain in-depth knowledge of Right Human Nutritionโs products and services.
๐๐ป Provide accurate information to customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Requirements:
๐ฅ Technical Skills:
๐๐ป Familiarity with customer service tools and software.
๐๐ป Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
๐๐ป Proficiency in using communication tools like email, WhatsApp, and call systems.
๐ฉโ๐ผExperience:
๐๐ป Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles (preferred).
๐๐ป Experience in handling customer queries through multiple channels (Mail/WhatsApp/Call/Bot).
๐จโ๐ผPersonal Attributes:
๐๐ป Strong problem-solving skills.
๐๐ป Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
