As a Data Automation Intern, you will be focusing on researching and developing tools and workflow that automate some parts and processes of our business automation. Since business automation is important throughout the firm, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams across Springer Capital. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Collect data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and web scraping tools.    
• Clean and process raw data to ensure it is accurate and consistent.     
• Analyze data to extract insights using computational tools, such as Excel, SQL, and Python.   
• Communicate insights in a clear and concise manner with the manager alongside your progress.    
• Implement solutions based on insights you discovered to improve Springer Capital business’ processes or solve problems for client.

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our panel and handle sourcing of freelance interviewers and coordinating technical interviews for our clients in the US market. This role is ideal for someone with strong networking, recruitment, and stakeholder management skills in the US IT hiring domain. 

Responsibilities: 

● Source and onboard freelance technical interviewers across various IT domains (Java, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, etc.) for US time zones. 

● Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling between clients and panel interviewers.

● Maintain & update the interviewer database to ensure quick availability for projects.

● Understand client requirements and match the right technical panel for the role.

● Follow up with interviewers & clients for timely completion of interviews.

● Ensure compliance with client expectations and InCruiter’s quality standards. 

Must Have: 

● 2–5 years of experience in US IT recruitment. 

● Strong understanding of US time zones, work culture, and hiring processes.

● Experience in freelance/contract recruitment and panel sourcing preferred.

● Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

● Proficient in using ATS, LinkedIn, and job boards for talent acquisition. 

● Strong communication skills in English (both verbal & written). 

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 

Key Responsibilities:

Kubernetes Management:

Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters on AKS, EKS, GKE, and OKE.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cluster performance and availability.

Database Migration:

 Plan and execute database migration strategies across multicloud environments, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.

Collaborate with database teams to optimize data flow and management.

Coding and Development:

 Develop, test, and optimize code with a focus on enhancing algorithms and data structures for system performance.

Implement best coding practices and contribute to code reviews.

Cross-Platform Integration:

  Facilitate seamless integration of services across different cloud providers to enhance interoperability.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure consistent application performance across environments.

Performance Optimization:

  Monitor system performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to optimize resource utilization.

Conduct regular performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.

Experience:

  Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong focus on Kubernetes management across multiple platforms.

Technical Skills:

  Proficient in cloud services and infrastructure, including networking and security considerations.

Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Problem-Solving:

 Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Communication:

 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.

- Experience with container orchestration and management tools.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.

• Travel agency accounting, GST, TDS, balance sheet, billing, etc.
• Perform service provider reconciliation.
• Maintain the general ledger.
• Debtors & Creditors management.

• Perform bank transfers like RTGS, NEFT, and outward remittances.
• Ensure Vendor and credit card reconciliation for all Ledger Accounts

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Daily fund planning to ensure payments are made to suppliers as per turn-around time.
• Preparation of Overall Creditors & Debtors Ageing Report related to Flight, Train, taxi, Metro, and other vendors based on Books.
• Downloading bank statements weekly and performing reconciliation.
• Record banking transactions.
• Work in complete cooperation with the rest of the office team (Sales, Products & Contracting, Operations) and Inter-department communication and coordination with teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software.
