Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Campus Admin Officer to manage and maintain the

Electrical, Telecom & IT systems of our 120-employee office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. The role

involves end-to-end responsibility for identifying and fixing electrical faults, desktops, printers,

intercom systems, LAN connections, and WiFi networks to ensure smooth daily operations with

minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical System Maintenance

 Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.

 Identifying and resolving issues with electrical appliances, office lights, fans, etc.

 Troubleshooting issues related to generators, UPS, power supply cabling, etc.

2. IT Systems Management

 Maintain desktops and laptops for employees.

 Maintain office LAN network and structured cabling.

 Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs, and consumables.

 Maintain inventory of IT peripherals and spare equipment.

3. Intercom & Communication Systems

 Maintain and troubleshoot internal intercom systems.

 Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 1.5 -2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining Electrical & IT systems.

 Ability to communicate in English, Hindi or Marathi

 Basic knowledge of modems, routers, and switches.

 Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.

 Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development of architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for proposals and documentation.
• Assist in creating working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for design revisions.
• Participate in site visits for measurements and inspections.
• Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and reports.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• B.Arch degree.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino is a plus.
• Basic understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods.
• Strong design sense and visualization ability.
• Good communication, time management, and willingness to learn.

Minimum 2 years of experience in SharePoint On-premises 2016/2019 development. • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework. • Hands-on experience with CSOM and SharePoint Web Services. • Knowledge of WebPart packaging and deployment. • Familiarity with SQL Server for backend integration. • Good understanding of SharePoint architecture and site collections.
