Sr. Presales Engineer (HP--Aruba Networking)

Mode of Working - Work Form Office

Days of Working - 6 days a week(1st and 2nd Saturday is off;  remaining Saturdays are Half day working)

Responsibilities

    We are looking for a technically strong Pre-Sales Specialist –  Networking and Cybersecurity Solutions Portfolio to enable channel sales teams and partners with technical expertise in networking and cybersecurity solutions, with a strong focus on Aruba's product line.

Aruba and networking expertise: 

Aruba certifications (e.g., ACP, ACDP) highly preferred;

Solid experience in campus/data-center switching, wireless (APs/controllers), LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Clear Pass, network access control, security, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for the Networking and Cybersecurity Products portfolio to partners and customers.
• Support channel sales with demos, POCs, and solution architecture design.
• Enable partners through technical workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs.
• Assist in developing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
• Work closely with OEM technical teams to keep up to date with product features and roadmaps.
• Support partners in articulating technical value propositions to customers.
• Represent Solarwind in partner forums, events, and regional engagements to strengthen brand visibility.

Skills Needed

Qualification: 

   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering (BE) or similar degree is a must.

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience of direct or end-customer sales in the Networking and Cyber Security segment
• Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Ruckus etc., useful for comparative positioning.
• 5+ years in networking or network security presales.

Similar Product Examples: Candidate should have experience in handling products in Networking and Cyber Security domain and provide solution

Soft skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; client-facing confidence, especially

with executives; self-starter who collaborates well in teams.
