We are looking "Business Development Executive" for Reputed Client @ Permanent Role.

Experience: 3-6 Yrs

• Responsible for the Marketing and sales of Konnect Analytics products. 

• Experience in selling ERP/CRM/BI is an added advantage. 

• To identify and hire new channel partners for assigned region. 

• Identify new business opportunities. 

• To generate leads via cold calling, Emails, digital marketing etc., 

• Qualification of sales leads to identify whether their research goals are aligned with product offerings. 

• To give demo to the clients and make them to understand the product. 

• Establishing and maintaining appropriate pipeline to meet the requirements of the sales targets. 

• Brand Building and Advertising in consultation with the Internal team. 

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues and partner organizations. 

• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions. 

• To Prepare Marketing Collateral such as Case Studies,flyer and content creation. 

• Be the Liaison between the external and internal stake holders. 

• Feedback market & competitor info to the Internal team. 

• Adhere to the provided

1. Thorough understanding of IT products and services.
2. Proficient in mining & managing data through database portals & professional networks.
3. Generate appointments through activities like cold calls, email campaigns, and professional networking.
4. Ensure accurate procedures are followed for cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking activities to generate appointments.
5. Maintain a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads not yet ready for an appointment.
6. Proficiency in using the Zoho CRM system
7. Meet quarterly and yearly targets as assigned.
8. Maintain a healthy lead-generation pipeline.

Desired Candidate Profile

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design
• 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.

Additional Job requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Math or equivalent
• BS in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant professional software development experience: designing, developing, and delivering software written in Java, C#, or C++, web development.
• Knowledgeable in object-oriented design patterns.
• Experience building highly scalable and distributed systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with service-oriented architecture and application/services development
• Passion for performance debugging and benchmarking
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of the organization

• Experience of creating architecture or developing web services using Open source technologies and to integrate applications with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
• Solid understanding of OOPS, algorithms and data structures.
• Experience on Kafka / Scala / Storm / Elastic Search and Web Services like RESTful.
• Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems
• Extensive experience with version control systems (Git is preferred) and issue tracking systems (JIRA is preferred)

• Knowledge about having event management would be an advantage.
