Job Description

This is a remote position.

Experience Level 

This role is ideal for engineer with 2+ years of full-stack software development experience, with a strong developer mindset and hands-on experience building and maintaining production systems. 

An experienced individual contributor who thrives in ownership-driven environments, can operate effectively with minimal oversight, and is comfortable working in the absence of a traditional Product Manager while demonstrating a strong product mindset. 

What You’ll Do as a Software Craftsperson 

Design, develop, and maintain custom Frappe apps within the frappe-bench ecosystem. 

• Write server scripts, client scripts, and custom DocTypes to extend ERPNext functionality. 
• Implement hooks, custom controllers, and REST APIs using the Frappe framework. 
• Work with DocType permissions, roles, and user-level access controls. 
• Debug and resolve issues in both local and production environments. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during UAT and production deployments. 
• Maintain clean, version-controlled code using Git and follow code review practices. 
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions. 
• Set up and monitor systems to ensure system reliability and observability. 
• Make thoughtful technical decisions that balance simplicity, scalability, and maintainability 
• Work in a highly autonomous environment, defining problems, interacting with customers when needed, and driving solutions independently 
• Contribute to improving engineering practices, developer experience, and system quality across the team. 

Requirements

What You’ll Bring 

• 1–2 years of experience with Frappe framework and ERPNext. 
• Proficiency in Python (server-side scripting, custom controllers, hooks). 
• Solid understanding of JavaScript for client-side scripting in Frappe forms. 
• Experience creating and configuring custom DocTypes, fields, and workflows. 
• Familiarity with MariaDB/MySQL — writing queries, understanding schema. 
• Hands-on experience with Git for version control and branch management. 
• Comfort working in Linux/Ubuntu CLI environments (bench commands, SSH, etc.). 

Good to Have 

• Experience with custom app development and publishing via frappe-bench. 
• Familiarity with REST API integrations with third-party systems. 
• Exposure to Frappe Cloud or self-hosted ERPNext deployments. 
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices — backups, server management, deployment pipelines.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in

designing, developing, and maintaining advanced automation frameworks — primarily

using Cypress and Cucumber. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in test

automation for both UI and API layers, deep understanding of Agile practices, and a

proven ability to drive quality initiatives across large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation

frameworks using Cypress and Cucumber.

 Define and implement test automation strategies, standards, and best practices

across projects.

 Perform end-to-end automation for web and API testing, ensuring

comprehensive test coverage.

 Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to

define acceptance criteria and refine testing scope.

 Conduct code reviews, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely defect

resolution.

 Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure

DevOps, etc.) to enable continuous testing.

 Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve

automation efficiency.

 Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality and

continuous learning.

 Prepare accurate testing estimates, risk assessments, and provide regular status

reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

 Strong hands-on experience in Cypress and Cucumber (BDD approach).

 Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript and test design principles.

 Experience in API automation using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.

 Working knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or Playwright is an added

Job Title: HR Data Analyst  

Reports To: HR Business Partner

Duties

• Collect and compile HR metrics and data from the global HR team using internal SharePoint site as well as Excel files from local HRIS systems
• Analyze data on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis regarding recruitment and attrition
• Prepare data reports using Excel and Power Point
• Ensure data integrity by identifying issues and fixing errors either in SharePoint or local HRIS system
• Track recruitment costs on a regional and global basis
• Work closely with Finance team to monitor global recruitment budget costs and new hire/attrition pipeline
• Lead HR data projects, such as data review/audit and mass data changes
• Assist HR team with various data projects, as requested

Requirements for the Role

• 5+ years experience with manual and automation testing
• Experience with QA methodologies for large scale web and mobile applications, understanding of software development process
• Experience with mobile,(android and iOS) web and API automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium and Postman
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams
