Job Description:

Skills and Responsibilities
 Proficient in JavaScript / Typescript, Ionic 3-4, Angular, HTML/CSS.
 Any hybrid mobile Framework (PhoneGap, Cordova, ReactNative)
 Experience using web services (HTTP, REST, SOAP) using JSON.
 Cross-platform mobile app developers who have developed mobile apps with a familiarity of
Ionic/Flutter
 Understanding of MVC concepts, Design Patterns, User experience, Mobile Usability, Security
fundamentals
 Strong mobile UI design (multi-screen resolutions), coding, support and maintenance
 Experience with third-party libraries and APIs; Ability to handle dependencies and debugging
dependency conflicts
 Good knowledge on Data structures and Algorithms
 Experience in databases such as MongoDB/MySQL/MS SQL.
 Experience using Git/GitHub or any related source control environments in a distributed team
environment; Hands on experience Google Play/iTunes Services
 Build and publish applications in app stores
 Solid knowledge of mobile app development practices, along with mobile testing tools and
techniques
 Ability to handle Mobile app architecture, design and optimization, estimate timelines, able to
provide a solution to improve mobile app quality, understand emerging technologies, to
maximize development efficiency, standards and best practices to bring mobile app product to
the next level
 Good communication skills showing a capability to make clear and meaningful contributions to
white board design discussions and offer innovative solutions to complex problems, as well as
contribute insights from past experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in React Native.

• Integration of Rest APIs in react native.

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and Typescript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming

• Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code

• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android studio and IntelliJ

• Proficient understanding of releasing and monitoring apps on IOS App store, Play store.

• Should be able to communicate to backend developers on API building and modifications needed.

• Testing and releasing builds Experience in application testing software’s Appium is preferable.

Responsibilities:

You’ll

• We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms.

• You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

• Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.

• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Reach out to the open-source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.

• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• Transition existing React web apps to React Native.

• We run functional teams based on the SCRUM methodology and are a fairly Agile environment, with 2 week sprints and teams with a minimum of 2 developers (preferably 3) plus a Platform Owner.
• Sprints cannot be interrupted and work is planned out well in advance to keep stress down to a minimum.

• Line by line code reviews for every pull request on Gitlab maintains code quality and keep everyone in the loop & learning.
• At least 2 people working together on every project (collaborating not pairing)

• Kotlin is strongly preferred
• Experience with clean architecture and MVVM
• Experience with Jetpack Libraries ( Navigation, Paging, Room, Data Binding)
• Experience with Dependency Injections (Dagger2)
• Experience with Rx Java, Rx Android & Co-routines
• Practical understanding of Continuous Integration and Delivery

• Experience with salesforce mobile cloud iOS and Android SDKs is a plus
• Experience with Native iOS & Android development is a plus
• Should have expert level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3
• Should have strong debugging skills on Developer Tools of the browser and working with cross-browser UI.
• Unit and UI testing frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, Protractor, etc.
• Should have experience in Response / Adaptive Web Design for desktop, tablet, and mobile
• Good understanding of CSS preprocessors LESS/SASS.
• Must know about the complete deployment cycle (Alpha - Beta - Prod) on the App Store and Play Store.
• Provisioning DevOps tooling and continuous integration
• Driving development best practices, including unit testing, coding standards, and code reviews
• Capable of implementing industry best-practices related to mobile application development concepts, design, and architecture

Preferred experience includes:

• Familiarity with other front-end development such as Angular,  React or Vue
• Good to have task automators like Gulp and Grunt
• System monitoring and security design and implementation
