Should NOT have more than 12 Years of Total Experience

Role & Responsibilities

• Leverage one’s Customer Experience (CX) design skills and deliver an engaging customer-focused digital experience across company assets like website, customer service portal.
• Deliver a human-centered design to create customer journeys, identify pain points and design solutions that deliver superior digital customer experience.
• Translate business requirements into compelling UIUX solutions and develop end-to-end customer journey maps by applying principles of customer-centered design.
• Analyse and map consumer behaviour on all assets using digital experience analytics platforms like Content square, Smartlook, Glassbox etc.
• Hands-on experience on design tools like Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Invision, Adobe XD and the likes is a must.
• Create customer journeys maps basis the user behaviour analysis, customer segments and personas.
• Conduct usability testing of customer journeys with a tools like UsabiltyHub, UserZoom and objectively evaluate and refine the concepts of UIUX based on the output of the test.
• Own and deliver the KPIs for a zero-error environment, increased journey completion rate and high NPS.
• Work with cross-functional teams to directly influence customer roadmaps that deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
• Build a partner ecosystem to deliver the CX objectives for the company.
• Continuously assess customer experience trends and market landscape to generate most up-to-date insights, findings and the best customer-centric UIUX practices across platforms.
• Ideate and build a comprehensive library of interactive prototypes to define the micro interactions and micro animations.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field
• Working knowledge of UX design principles
• Knowledge of Wireframing/prototyping tools
• Good knowledge of UX design tools such as Figma, Axure, or InVision
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis

• Strong Product Designer profile, with both UI and UX works for B2C Products
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must have a 1+ YOE in end-to-end Product Design, including UX work like UX Research, User Persona, Workflows
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others to create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Must have a strong portfolio of UI/UX of Good B2C products. Portfolio must show detailed case studies including Wireframing, Prototype, Interaction Design and Visual Designs

Duties and Responsibilities

 Troubleshooting the complex/multi-domain/ incidents, that require design changes or involvement

of OEMs, on the network and services that are escalated by L2 Resolver Group while adhering to

SLA/KPIs

 Providing L3 level of Network and Service Assurance support for enterprise network on routing

and switching and is comprised of Cisco based WAN/ LAN / WLAN and SDWAN technologies

 Carrying out complex network change events.

 Acting as the architect for the projects in the day 2 scenario

 Provide design and deployment guidance on new enterprise sites, make configuration pack and

deploy it on ground.

 Raising TAC cases with OEMs and drive the resolution of complex incidents

 Coordinating with the fault management teams of the CSPs for the resolution of access link

issues

 Working directly with OEMs for upgrades for EoL/EoS based Life Cycle Management.

 Designing and implementing the final fix for resolving the complex incidents in coordination with

OEMs or CSPs.

 Representing the Operations team in architectural and roadmap discussions along with the

customer

 Analyzing the technological advancement in the industry and acting as the technical advisor to

the customer

 Assisting the Major Incident resolution by actively participating in the process.

About You

• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong background in React, Python, MongoDB, and AWS.
• Automated CI/CD: Experienced in implementing and managing automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS Cloudformation.
• System Architecture: Skilled in architecting scalable solutions for systems at scale, leveraging caching strategies, messaging queues and async/await paradigms for highly performant systems
• Cloud-Native Expertise: Proficient in deploying cloud-native apps using AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS), with a focus on serverless architectures to reduce overhead and boost agility..
• Development Tooling: Proficient in a wide range of development tools such as FastAPI, React State Management, REST APIs, Websockets and robust version control using Git.

Experience Range: 

Proven 3-4  years of work experience as a Graphic Designer. Must have worked on digital marketing creatives. Having worked in the app product space is a huge plus. 

Technical Expertise:

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Knowledge of Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy, Typography, Colour, and Information Composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Be able to design eye-catching branding, iconography, and illustrations. 
• Be able to work in a cross-functional team as well as independently.
• Up-to-date with the latest visual trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• BS/MS in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design is a plus.
