Technical Skills:*
* 5+ years of Oracle Fusion/HCM Cloud experience with expertise in Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Time and Labor and Payroll.
* Strong SQL/database skills and experience with HCM Cloud tools like HDL or HSDL.
* Extensive integration experience with strong Oracle knowledge on the HCM Extracts development across modules like Time and Labor and Payroll
* Ability to develop/maintain HCM Extract interfaces and create custom reports using BI Publisher.

○ When a permanent code-level fix is required, the issue is escalated to the
L3 (Development) team.
○ Prior to escalation, L2 should provide a detailed analysis and temporary
