Job Overview:

This role is part of the Color Street Direct Selling Platform Internalization Project, focused on developing the Direct Sales System. The project addresses changes in the Direct Sales market, supports Stylist sales with marketing strategies, and aims to secure data assets and intellectual property rights for Direct Sales software. A core goal is the development of the Compensation Engine, meeting marketing and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement B2B and B2C e-commerce solutions.
• Support Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) implementation and provide technical support for OCC integration.
• Perform lifecycle development for client applications using structured methodologies.
• Analyze and develop CRM solutions with Oracle Sales (SaaS).
• Involve in design, development, testing, code review, and post-production support.
• Develop applications based on specific project requirements.
• Support the technical design, development, and integration processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) platform.
• Prior Oracle Commerce Cloud development experience or related experience is a plus.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Oracle Commerce (ATG/Endeca) and Commerce Cloud systems.
• Experience in Java and UI development.
• Expertise in system integration, with knowledge of Oracle EBS and interface integration.
• Familiarity with integration platforms like BOOMI, MuleSoft, and Oracle ICS.
• Experience with web services.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database 12c or higher with proficiency in SQL and/or PL/SQL.

• Work closely with the Business Analysts and Finance Business teams to gather requirements for reports, interfaces, extensions, integrations
• Develop functional and technical design and documentation for Oracle Applications dependent data  conversions, interfaces, custom reporting, and custom applications including use of documented revision control.
• Participate in the design, development and maintenance of Conversions,
• Modifications/Customizations and Interfaces to/from Oracle’s Suite of Business Applications.
• Open, manage, and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support.
• Drive the resolution & troubleshooting of issues during development and post production support.
• Design, Document and Perform Unit Testing to validate product functionality

• Bachelors' degree in business, computer science or related field
• 6+ years of experience in supporting Oracle Financials Functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
• Extensive Oracle Finance (Fusion) Development experience.
• Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of Clients/Business
• Ability to work with Multicultural environment across the world
