We are looking for a dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious expansion plans. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution: 

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to position Kitaabh as the go-to solution for fast and insightful accounting. 

• Identify key customer segments, including SMEs, entrepreneurs, and accountants, and craft tailored approaches to address their needs. 

• Build and optimize a sales funnel to maximize conversions and revenue. 

2. Partner Network  

• Build and nurture a strong channel partner network to drive indirect sales and expand Kitaabh’s reach. 

• Develop partnerships with distributors, and other ecosystem players to enhance penetration. 

• Train and support channel partners with marketing materials, product knowledge, and sales enablement tools. 

• Monitor partner performance and establish incentive programs to ensure alignment with business goals 

 

  3. Team Leadership: 

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets. 

• Set clear objectives and foster a results-driven culture. 

• Provide coaching and performance feedback to enhance team capabilities. 

4. Market Expansion:

Experience selling to SMEs or within the accounting industry. 

 

Skills: 

• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. 

• Experience in building and managing a channel partner network. 

• Deep understanding of SaaS solutions and the accounting/finance software landscape.

Role- Sr. Engineer Networking-(Post Sales- Implementation Team)

 

 

The purpose of the role is to implement and manage different Networking Project implementation for  22by7 customers. Preparing Plan of Action (PoA), Scope of Work (SoW), and implementation documents and submitting to customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with client Project Manager and managing the implementation activities for the client
