Role Overview
The LMS Executive will manage LMS operations, resolve learner queries, assist users on the platform, and support upselling and cross-selling of relevant programs. This role combines LMS operations, learner support, and revenue assistance.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Operations
- Manage day-to-day LMS activities: user creation, enrollments, access control
- Upload and maintain courses, assessments, videos, and learning content
- Track learner progress, attendance, completion, and certifications
- Prepare LMS reports and dashboards

Learner Support & Assistance
- Handle learner queries via calls, email, WhatsApp, and LMS tickets

What You’ll Do
Canvas Platform Administration
- Serve as the primary Canvas admin (configuration, permissions, sub-accounts, course setup)
- Manage LTIs, SSO, APIs, and third-party tool integrations
- Optimize Canvas workflows for new program launches and enterprise use cases
- Partner with Instructure for product updates, roadmap insights, and escalations
Troubleshooting & Support
- Provide fast, high-quality support to LX, Ops, instructors, mentors, and Program Success
- Resolve issues related to configuration, access, grade passback, automations, and LTIs
