Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Extensive training plan for Fresher’s Training in     Microsoft Full Stack development.
• Evaluate technical employees and identify weaknesses
• Identify technical training needs according to the needs of teams
• Based on research, plan and implement technical training programs     that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
• Build quarterly and annual technical training program
• Present all the technical and supply training requirements
• Track employee success and progress
• Constantly improve the training by receiving feedback from     trained candidates and Manager

Technical Trainer Job requirements and qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role
• 4 years of experience with designing technical training programs     and workshops
• 2 years of experience with learning management software
• Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
• Excellent decision making and organizational skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and database software

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Experience designing, implementing and using web services in a Microservice Architecture
• Experience and a good understanding of Node.JS
• Experience in working with any JavaScript frameworks (React, Ember, Knockout, etc.)
• Familiar with relational & non-relational databases such as Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Dynamo
• Familiar with CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery)
• Nice to have - Experience with AWS  
• Nice to have - Experience working in an agile development process
