About the Role
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a minimum of 2 years of experience who is passionate about monitoring, observability, and ensuring system reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Grafana, Prometheus, Opensearch, and AWS CloudWatch, with the ability to design insightful dashboards and proactively optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain monitoring and alerting systems using Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Create and optimize dashboards to provide actionable insights into system and application performance.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements.
- Continuously explore and adopt new monitoring/observability tools and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or related roles.
- Hands-on expertise in Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Proven experience in dashboard creation, visualization, and alerting setup.
- Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and metrics collection.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and adaptability to new technologies.
Good to Have (Optional)
- Experience with AWS services beyond CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar).

Responsibilities
- Work with large and complex blockchain data sets and derive investment relevant metrics in close partnership with financial analysts and blockchain engineers.
- Apply knowledge of statistics, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to the development of fundamental metrics needed to evaluate various crypto assets.
- Build a strong understanding of existing metrics used to value various decentralized applications and protocols.
- Build customer facing metrics and dashboards.
- Work closely with analysts, engineers, Product Managers and provide feedback as we develop our data analytics and research platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience (or) degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science)
- 3+ years experience with data analysis and metrics development
- 3+ years experience analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
- 2+ years experience writing SQL queries
- 2+ years experience scripting in Python
- Demonstrated curiosity in and excitement for Web3/blockchain technologies
- Maximizing the revenue and margin from products through online Channel sales and achieve day-to-day and monthly revenue targets
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies
- Evaluating key indicators to determine the effectiveness of catalogue strategies for products and monitoring progress against budget goals.
- Recommending adjustments to strategies and tactics as appropriate to achieve financial goals
- Overseeing product catalogue, on-orders, initial shipping and receiving product tracking, and following-up on all problems on a timely basis
- Mentoring and guiding Process Experts within the team to manage quality, improve process efficiency and minimize variation.
- Assisting with management of online metrics and making recommendations for continue improvement and optimization.
- Building strong working relationships with cross-functional teams across the organization to achieve business goals.
- Analysing sales and expense reports to improve margin, revenue, and processes.
- Doing Competitor Analysis, Monitoring marketplace products, and pricing; leveraging internal and external data sources to identify gaps/ opportunities.
- Driving development in the strategic business planning, budgeting, and sales strategy approach
- Monitoring the weekly, daily, and seasonal, and/or one-time reports.
