What will you do?

ob Role:

· Deliver classroom training supported by digital learning for contact center skills (customer service, voice, telecaller) for the advisory supporting banking/finance processes.

· Create strong new joiner experience during training and overall support to drive learner engagement and employee experience, reflected in training yield.
