Roles and Responsibilities

 Following up to achieve business KPIs, in collaboration with relevant internal functions to ensure connectivity and effectiveness.

 Developing informative analysis, reports, business journals/ proposals, corporate communications, presentations, corporate profiles and other documentation to internal and external parties.

 Facilitate the management information across the value chain from order placement to customer delivery and prepare necessary reports, analysis, updates etc.

 Understand, interpret, and communicate financials, operational performance reports and KPIs to relevant parties/ departments, further provide insights on how performance can be improved.

 Prepare, compile and share monthly reports on business updates, budgets, KPIs and follow up on achieving the pre-determined targets units with relevant parties/ departments in a timely manner while identifying deviations and improvement areas.

 Monitor cost related KPIs and drive process improvments to reduce costs at oraganization level.

 Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

 Scheduling Meetings,Maitaining of Plant Head’s Calendar and Following up with functional heads to achieve KPI’s.

Qualifications:

• Education:  MBA or equivalent from a prestigious institute such as IIM preferred.
• Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in business development, operations management, or related fields. Prior experience in a leadership role preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.    Manage client relationships, and facilitators relationship at MHFAI for training and post-training support.

2.    Ideate, design, and implement program that focused on post-training support for mental health first-aiders.

3.    Leverage the new products of MHFAI to the clients that ensures implementation of mental health by building tools and guidelines (for organized groups).

4.    Oversee and facilitate MHFAI instructors for training and upskilling.

5.    Monitor and coordinate the MHFAI Awards program with all the stakeholders involved.

6.    Draft and initiate scientific research, and create tools required at workplace to measure mental health.

7.    Plan and manage webinars, events and activities to promote the idea of mental health at workplaces and educational institutions.

8.    Draft, design, manage and implement guidelines / resources with focus on mental health for the benefit of organized groups.

9.    Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Learning and Development and / or mental health, and incorporate them into our training programs.

10. Manage the Learning and Development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.

11. Provide support in other operational functions of MHFA as needed.

Requirements:

·      10-15 years in clinical work and / or mental health training

·      Qualification: Education in Mental Health

·      Experience in Clinical Practice / Research

·      Exposure to mental health training and created content or training on Mental Health for Adult

·      Experience of having previously worked in organized group is desirable

JOB DESCRIPTION:. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

• Ensure new features and subject areas are modelled to integrate with existing structures and provide a consistent view. Develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flow and data models of the data warehouse appropriate for various audiences. Provide direction on adoption of Cloud technologies (Snowflake) and industry best practices in the field of data warehouse architecture and modelling.

• Providing technical leadership to large enterprise scale projects. You will also be responsible for preparing estimates and defining technical solutions to proposals (RFPs). This role requires a broad range of skills and the ability to step into different roles depending on the size and scope of the project Roles & Responsibilities.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: Desired Experience/Skills:
• Must have total 5+ yrs. in IT and 2+ years' experience working as a snowflake Data Architect and 4+ years in Data warehouse, ETL, BI projects.
• Must have experience at least two end to end implementation of Snowflake cloud data warehouse and 3 end to end data warehouse implementations on-premise preferably on Oracle.

• Expertise in Snowflake – data modelling, ELT using Snowflake SQL, implementing complex stored Procedures and standard DWH and ETL concepts
• Expertise in Snowflake advanced concepts like setting up resource monitors, RBAC controls, virtual warehouse sizing, query performance tuning, Zero copy clone, time travel and understand how to use these features
• Expertise in deploying Snowflake features such as data sharing, events and lake-house patterns
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake utilities, SnowSQL, SnowPipe, Big Data model techniques using Python
• Experience in Data Migration from RDBMS to Snowflake cloud data warehouse
• Deep understanding of relational as well as NoSQL data stores, methods and approaches (star and snowflake, dimensional modelling)

• The candidate should have B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/VLSI Design Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

·       Creation and implementation of an automation test framework to automate tests for a front-end AngularJS application, with a Microsoft Azure Service Bus message-oriented-middleware and Rest API following a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline, using Azure DevOps process implementation. The framework should drive frontend UI and middleware APIs, using SpecFlow and Selenium in BDD standard with Visual Studio
